AC Notary and Fingerprint services

I had a frustrating experience with the scheduling and communication for my fingerprinting appointment. We originally agreed that I would go to the Carson location because it was closer and more convenient for me. When the day of my appointment came, I drove to the Carson location as planned, only to find out that she was actually at the Downey location. Because of this, I had to delay getting my fingerprinting done.
We then arranged for me to go to the Downey location instead, but when I went there, she had gone back to Carson. I ended up having to drive back and forth between the two locations because of the confusion. This caused me to waste both my time and gas, which was especially frustrating since the fingerprinting was something I needed to complete for my job.
Overall, the actual fingerprinting service itself was good. The lady was very nice, the process was quick and efficient, and she did apologize for the confusion, which I appreciated. My main issue was the scheduling and communication, and I hope this can be improved in the future

I had a very positive experience, completing my livescan. They were very accommodating with their schedule and equally thorough.

Very professional establishment, Ana was able to help me with with my finger scan. She was very patient with me throughout the whole process, plus the price was really good.
